OURSTORY
Sarah Jones, mum of one, co-runs Performance Civils Ltd alongside her partner Mark. Based in Wrexham, North Wales, the company brings together over 40 years of combined experience in the built environment and construction industry. Sarah made the decision in 2024 to expand the business into her own services, and founded Performance Training to deliver high-quality, practical health and safety training and consultancy based on what her own personal qualifications can offer.
MEET SARAH
I am a fully qualified Health & Safety Consultant and Adult Educator, holding a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. As an Ofqual-regulated trainer-assessor, I’m also a Tech IOSH and a proud member of the CIOB.
Through Performance Training, I offer a wide range of services - including health and safety consultancy, site audits, accredited courses, and bespoke training tailored to your team or organisation.
While I specialise in the construction industry, my work also extends into schools, where I train both teachers and children in first aid and mental health awareness - helping build life-saving knowledge in a safe, engaging environment.
